License for use and distribution
The 'AutoSplitter' is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:

1. All copyrights to AutoSplitter are exclusively owned by the author
- Zoltan Peter.

2. Anyone may use the trial version of this software for any period.
Trial version involves watermarks on the output. The purchased version
does not contain watermarks or any other artificial limitation.

3. AutoSplitter can be licensed in 2 ways.

3.a. Personal license. This license allows indefinite use of application
for 1 (one) household on any number of computers owned by the household.

3.b. Business license. This license allows indefinite use of application
for 1 (one) COMPUTER (i.e. a single cpu or a single multicpu system)
owned by the license owner.

4. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
AutoSplitter for any legal purpose, at a time. See license specific
restrictions above (3.a and 3.b).
The registered AutoSplitter software may not be rented or leased, but may
be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of
this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include
the update and all previous versions.

5. The AutoSplitter unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed, with
no exceptions, provided the distribution package is not modified.
No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of AutoSplitter.

6. To register you must purchase this software through PayPal.
Purchase URL is provided in the software.

7. AUTOSPLITTER IS DISTRIBUTED 'AS IS'.
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER
KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result
in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in
criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Zoltan Peter.

9. Installing and using AutoSplitter signifies acceptance of these terms and
conditions of the license.

10. Upon purchase of the full version, you agree to receive emails related to
AutoSplitter or any other product produced by the author of AutoSplitter.

11. Purchasing the product entitles you for 30 calendar days of Upgrade Protection
starting from the purchase day. During this time, you may receive new versions
of the software free of charge. After the Upgrade Protection is up, new versions
are not available free of charge.

12. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
AutoSplitter files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
